A ‘lock’ feature is visible before the start of the meeting. The host can lock the room after all attendees have joined. Anyone clicking the click after the room is locked will have to request entry from the host.

No password is needed to join a meeting. Attendees can join your meeting by clicking on the unique link you share.
You can share the link both within and outside your organization.
There is a ‘record’ option before the meeting starts. The host can choose to record the meeting, and share the recording with others.
You’ll find a conversation panel on the right of the screen. From here, you can share important messages and links for all attendees.
Click the ‘Screenshare’ option at the left-hand bottom. You’ll still being visible to your meeting attendees.
